Manager Youth

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement youth-focused programs.
• Build partnerships with universities, NGOs, government institutions, and other organizations.
• Create opportunities for orphan children and youth through mentorship, internships, scholarships, and skills development.
• Lead youth volunteer engagement and university outreach programs across Pakistan.
• Represent the foundation at conferences and partnership meetings.
• Support fundraising, partnership development, program monitoring, reporting, and organizational visibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (16 years of education) in one of the following or a related field:
  • Psychology
  • Sociology
  • Social Work
  • Anthropology
  • Law
  • Project Management
  • Development Studies
  • Other relevant Social Sciences disciplines
• 5–7 years of experience in planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating development programs.
• Experience in youth development, community engagement, partnership building, volunteer management, or protection programming is preferred.
