Turk Plast is looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager Supply Chain to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 3–4 years in a similar managerial role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Manage procurement, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and distribution activities.
• Monitor supply chain performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Analyze demand forecasts and coordinate production planning.
• Identify operational risks and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
