ESwap Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and technically strong Manager – Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations and ensure the reliability and smooth functioning of vehicles and technical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Supervise maintenance and technical teams and ensure smooth daily operations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
Manage maintenance schedules, service records, spare parts, and inventory
.
Monitor vehicle and bike performance and minimize downtime.
Coordinate with vendors, workshops, and technical service providers
Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety and quality standards.
Analyze recurring faults and implement corrective actions.
Prepare maintenance reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
3–5+ years of relevant maintenance experience.
Experience in EVs, motorcycles, automotive, or fleet maintenance will be preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and team-management skills.
Good knowledge of preventive maintenance and maintenance planning.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
