🎯 Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and result-oriented Manager – Leasing to lead and manage retail outlet leasing, site acquisition, and expansion activities for SELECTO Retail in Multan and surrounding areas.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate suitable commercial locations for new cellphone retail outlets.
Develop and maintain a strong network of property owners, landlords, dealers, and real estate agents.
Manage the complete leasing process, from site identification to agreement finalization and possession.
Conduct site visits and prepare location feasibility and comparative analysis reports.
Coordinate with Management, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Retail teams to ensure smooth execution of leasing activities.
Maintain an updated database of available commercial properties and potential locations.
Monitor rental market trends, competitor locations, and commercial property developments.
Manage lease renewals and ensure timely action to avoid operational disruptions.
Resolve landlord and property-related issues while maintaining professional business relationships.
Support the company’s retail expansion and new-store development plans.

✅ Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
5–8 years of relevant experience in Leasing, Real Estate, Retail Expansion, or Business Development.
Strong knowledge of commercial property leasing and retail site acquisition.
Proven experience in negotiating rental and lease agreements.
Strong understanding of commercial markets and property locations in Multan.
Existing relationships with landlords, property dealers, and real estate agents will be an advantage.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to conduct market surveys, site evaluations, and feasibility assessments.
Proficiency in MS Office and business reporting tools.
Multan-based candidates will be preferred.
