🎓 Qualifications:
• MBA / BBA in Human Resource Management or a relevant discipline

💼 Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management
• Proven expertise in policy development, talent management, and HR operations

📝 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
• Manage recruitment, performance management, training, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and applicable regulations
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, disciplinary matters, and grievances
• Support management in organizational development and workforce planning
