🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage core HR operational functions
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes, payroll, and compliance
• Maintain HR systems and accurate employee records
• Ensure implementation of HR policies and labor law compliance
• Support employee relations and process improvement initiatives
• Drive automation, standardization, and HR best practices
• Manage performance management cycles and HR analytics
• Prepare workforce reports and support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance organizational effectiveness

✅ Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
• Professional HR certifications will be an added advantage
• Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience
