Responsibilities

• Lead overall HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Manage recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits.
• Drive performance management, L&D, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Support management in organizational development and HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Experience in Hospitality, Restaurant, or F&B is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and L&D.
• Proven experience in team and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.
• MBA/MS in HR or relevant qualification preferred.
