Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in Systems Administration and Microsoft Exchange.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial or team lead role.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 Exchange Online.
• Manage Windows Server infrastructure (installation, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting).
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Certificate Services.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Manage email security, spam filtering, and email gateway solutions.
• Implement security policies, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud services.
• Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Provide Level-3 technical support for critical infrastructure issues.
