Selecto Retail is looking for an experienced, strategic, and result-oriented Manager E-Commerce to lead our online sales operations, digital marketplaces, and e-commerce business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce website and online sales channels.
- Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory updates, and online merchandising.
- Manage online marketplaces and third-party e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, website traffic, and revenue growth.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, seasonal sales, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Inventory, Finance, IT, and Operations teams.
- Lead the e-commerce team and drive business growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, online sales, digital retail, or retail chain operations.
- Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms and online sales operations.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and online advertising.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, e-commerce tools, analytics, and reporting platforms.
- Experience in the cellphone/mobile accessories or retail sector will be preferred.
- Faisalabad-based candidates will be preferred.
