Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily home delivery operations.
• Monitor delivery KPIs (delivery time, completion rate, cancellations, costs).
• Supervise riders, dispatch operations, route planning, and delivery zones.
• Coordinate with kitchen teams for timely order preparation and handover.
• Lead, train, and manage delivery staff while ensuring SOPs, hygiene, and safety compliance.
• Review customer feedback and operational reports for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Intermediate may be considered with strong experience).
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience in restaurant or delivery operations.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, customer service, and food safety.
• Leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
