Position: Manager Admin
Key Responsibilities
β’ Oversee and manage all administrative operations of the organization to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
β’ Develop, implement, and enforce administrative policies, procedures, and systems in line with company objectives.
β’ Supervise office administration, facilities management, housekeeping, security, transport, and utilities.
β’ Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and other departments for effective administrative support.
β’ Manage vendor relations, service contracts, and administrative procurement activities.
β’ Ensure proper maintenance and management of company assets, records, and documentation.
β’ Handle government, regulatory, and local authority coordination related to administrative matters.
β’ Handle emergency situations, risk management, and crisis response related to administrative functions.
Qualifications & Experience
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Business Administration / Public Administration / Management or relevant field
Masterβs Degree preferred
β’ 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in administration, preferably within a corporate or group environment
β’ Proven ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
β’ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
