Position: Manager Admin

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Oversee and manage all administrative operations of the organization to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
β€’ Develop, implement, and enforce administrative policies, procedures, and systems in line with company objectives.
β€’ Supervise office administration, facilities management, housekeeping, security, transport, and utilities.
β€’ Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and other departments for effective administrative support.
β€’ Manage vendor relations, service contracts, and administrative procurement activities.
β€’ Ensure proper maintenance and management of company assets, records, and documentation.
β€’ Handle government, regulatory, and local authority coordination related to administrative matters.
β€’ Handle emergency situations, risk management, and crisis response related to administrative functions.

Qualifications & Experience
β€’ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Public Administration / Management or relevant field
Master’s Degree preferred
β€’ 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in administration, preferably within a corporate or group environment
β€’ Proven ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
β€’ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
