Manager – Accounts (Import / Export Billing)

We are hiring “Manager – Accounts (Import/Export Billing)”

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
– Lead and manage the commercial billing process for import & export operations.
– Ensure timely and accurate process of invoices as per contracts, tariffs, and agreements.
– Monitor payments, resolve disputes, and maintain strong follow-ups.
– Ensure compliance with customs regulations, taxation, and international trade policies.
– Develop MIS reports and present financial insights to management.
– Implement process improvements for billing accuracy and efficiency.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
– Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
– 5–7 years of experience in commercial billing within logistics/freight forwarding companies.
– Strong knowledge of import/export documentation, tariffs, and taxation.
– Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel.
– Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
