Roshan Packages Limited is hiring Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Converting.
As an MTO in the Converting Section, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations and reporting, including:
-Prepare and maintain DPCS (Daily Production Control Sheet) for the Converting Section.
-Prepare daily MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) reports to support performance tracking and improvement.
-Ensure strict compliance with Converting production priorities as per the production plan and operational requirements.
-Monitor machine performance, downtime, and output efficiency, and highlight critical issues proactively.
-Inform the Shift Commander immediately in case of any capacity loss, breakdown, or major operational disruption
-Support coordination between production and maintenance teams for timely resolution of machine-related issues.
-Assist in data analysis and reporting for continuous improvement initiatives in the converting process.
Eligibility Criteria
-BSc Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
-Strong analytical skills and understanding of basic manufacturing processes
-Good command over MS Excel and reporting formats
-Willingness to work in shifts and learn in a production environment
-Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Program Duration: 6 Months (Leading to Permanent Employment based on Performance)
