Job Title: Management Trainee – Human Resources
Location: Lahore

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with performance and competency frameworks, employee engagement initiatives, organizational structure updates, and HR analytics.
Support HR process digitization including forms and workflows, maintain data quality, assist in basic testing/UAT, and update dashboards/reports.
Coordinate training needs assessments (TNA), training schedules, LMS/e-learning updates, feedback collection, and other training initiatives.

Key Requirements:
Qualificaton: Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related fields.
Experience: 0–1 year (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong interest in Human Resources and organizational development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
