Role Overview:
We are looking for a LinkedIn Profile Optimizer & Lead Generation Specialist who can strengthen O’Cyber’s presence on LinkedIn and generate quality leads for our software and streaming services.
This role is ideal for someone who understands professional branding, LinkedIn outreach, and technology-driven services, and can confidently start and manage business conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Profile Optimization
• Improve company and team LinkedIn profiles for better visibility and credibility
• Optimize headlines, summaries, experience sections, and featured content
Lead Research & Prospecting
• Identify potential clients, founders, CTOs, and decision-makers
• Research businesses looking for web, mobile, or streaming development services
LinkedIn Outreach
• Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages
• Build meaningful conversations and convert them into leads or meetings
Content & Branding Support
• Work with design and development teams to share updates and posts
• Highlight expertise in software development and streaming technologies
Lead Tracking & Reporting
• Maintain lead lists and communication records
• Track outreach progress and report results
Required Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of LinkedIn branding and outreach strategies
• Basic to strong understanding of software and technology concepts
• Ability to write clear, professional, and persuasive messages
• Organized, self-driven, and results-focused
Qualifications:
• BSCS / BSIT / BSSE or equivalent
• Mass Communication, Marketing, or Business graduates are welcome
• Fresh graduates can apply if they have strong communication skills and good tech understanding
