Position: Learning & Development Executive
📍 Location: Islamabad / Rawalpindi (Flexible to travel across branches)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting training sessions across multiple branches
• Support training on SOPs, service standards, hygiene, and operational flow
• Help train FOH, BOH, and rider teams through practical sessions and roleplays
• Prepare training materials, attendance sheets, checklists, and reports
• Assist in audits, evaluations, and retraining follow-ups
• Coordinate with branch managers for training schedules and implementation
• Maintain training records and completion trackers

🔹 Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or QSR operations/training
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of restaurant SOPs and service culture
• Ability to support practical training sessions and on-floor learning
• Willingness to travel between branches
