EMT Healthcare is seeking a Lead Business Development Manager to drive growth, manage key accounts, and lead our BDM team. Youโll focus on expanding market share, securing renewals, and building strong relationships with pharmacy groups and retail accounts.
What Youโll Do:

Lead and support the BDM team, ensuring targets and processes are met.

Manage national and independent pharmacy accounts, driving revenue and margin growth.

Identify new business opportunities and implement sales strategies.

Maintain pipeline accuracy, forecast sales, and mitigate account risks.

Provide market insights and actionable intelligence on customers and competitors.
What Weโre Looking For:

2+ yearsโ experience in Key Account Management and Business Development.

Strong IT skills, especially MS Office.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ambitious, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
