SAMAA TV is looking for a Law Officer to join its Legal Affairs Department in Karachi.

Requirements

• LL.B. from an HEC-recognized university
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (media, corporate, commercial, or broadcasting preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani corporate, labour, contract, and media laws
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts
• Provide legal advice and ensure regulatory compliance
• Handle legal notices and regulatory matters
• Support internal departments on legal and contractual issues
