We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily kitchen operations for buffet service
· Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation across all buffet items
· Plan menus and coordinate live & bulk cooking
· Supervise kitchen staff, duty rosters, and performance
· Control food cost, wastage, and inventory
· Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef in a buffet restaurant
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
