Junior Maintenance Executive

Position 2: Junior Maintenance Executive
Department: Admin & Maintenance.
Location: Lahore (Ferozpur Road)

Responsibilities:

Perform basic electrical maintenance (lights, switches, sockets, wiring).
Carry out plumbing work including leakage repairs and washroom maintenance.
Assist in AC servicing and basic troubleshooting.
Conduct basic checks of generator and UPS systems.
Handle minor repairs of equipment and fixtures.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and checklists.
Maintain records of maintenance work, tools, and spare parts.
Coordinate with senior staff and external technicians when needed

Experience Education:
Matric / Intermediate
DAE (Electrical / Mechanical) preferred.

Experience:

1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
Experience in commercial buildings, restaurants, or factories preferred

Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Time management and task prioritization.
Ability to work in a team.
Problem-solving attitude.
Availability for emergency or after-hours support.
