๐ฐ Salary: PKR 50,000 โ 60,000
Key Responsibilities:
โข Monitor branch operations, inventory & stock variances
โข Verify billing, covers & discount transactions
โข Conduct stock reconciliation & physical stock checks
โข Monitor SOP compliance and identify operational discrepancies
โข Prepare daily/weekly variance & compliance reports
โข Coordinate with Cashiers, Storekeepers & Operations
โข Support Odoo POS & Inventory reconciliation
โข Report control weaknesses and repeated SOP violations
Requirements:
โข Bachelorโs in Accounting, Finance, BBA or related field
โข 1โ3 years relevant experience
โข Internal Audit/Control, Stock Audit or Inventory experience preferred
โข F&B, restaurant or multi-branch experience is an advantage
โข Strong analytical, numerical & reporting skills
โข Willing to travel between Gulberg & Ada Plot
โข Flexible to work weekends/peak restaurant hours
