Join our team and play a key role in optimizing production processes and enhancing efficiency on our stitching floor. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can ensure smooth, accurate, and productive operations.
π§ Key Responsibilities
β’ Verify all stitching operations to ensure compliance with established standards.
β’ Conduct garment complexity analysis to support efficient production planning.
β’ Reconcile section-wise activities and workflows on the stitching floor.
β’ Prepare hourly balance scorecards to monitor, evaluate, and improve productivity metrics.
π Requirements
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
β’ 3-4 years of relevant experience (preferably in textile manufacturing).
β’ Strong understanding of stitching processes and production floor operations.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
β’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
π Work Location
On-site at 3.5 km Defense Road, Lahore. (Monday to Saturday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm)
