๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
* Support HR operational processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel record maintenance
* Assist in HR data management using MS Excel (e.g., maintaining HR dashboards, reports, attendance, and data tracking)
* Participate in the implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and compliance activities
* Help streamline processes to improve HR efficiency and accuracy
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the timely execution of HR operations-related tasks
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
* Bachelorโs degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field
* Prior internship experience in HR Operations (minimum 6 months)
* MS Excel (intermediate level)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
