Baskin-Robbins Pakistan is looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to join its team at the Lahore Head Office.
đź“Ś Job Responsibilities
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals and future talent needs.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and build talent pipelines.
- Partner with hospitality schools and manage employee training programs.
- Foster an inclusive, service-focused workplace and handle employee grievances.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Pakistani labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate payroll with the finance team for timely salary disbursement.
- Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support expansion into new outlets and cities.
- Manage HR tools and systems such as Time Trax and MS Dynamics.
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of HR experience, preferably with 3+ years in the food industry.
- Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple locations or brands.
- Strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and HR operations.
