Main Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Clinical aur non-clinical hiring manage karna
• Employee records, contracts, confirmations, transfers aur separations handle karna
• HR policies aur procedures implement karna
• Attendance, leave aur payroll coordination
• Employee queries resolve karna
• Performance appraisal system manage karna
• SOPs aur HR processes implement karna
• Accreditation aur audits (PMDC, PHC, ISO, etc.) support karna
• Healthcare regulations ki compliance ensure karna

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 3 years relevant HR experience
• Healthcare industry experience is mandatory
• Tertiary care hospital experience ko preference di jayegi
