JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leading and mentoring HSE Officers and site safety staff.
  • Managing audits, inspections, compliance checks, and external agency coordination.
  • Conduct HSE performance reviews and prepare monthly dashboards/reports.
  • Assist with external audits (EPA, ISO, Civil Defense).
  • Lead incident investigations (IR-1, IR-2) and ensure closure of corrective actions
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree, IOSH, NEBOSH
Experience:
  • 3 to 4 years in operation (preferably in FMCG/food industry).
