🎓 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a relevant field
• 4–6 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in Performance Management Systems (PMS)
• Strong exposure to Training & Development and Organizational Development practices
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive employee engagement and effectively handle grievances
• Analytical mindset with the ability to improve HR processes and systems
