GRIT Pvt Ltd – Albario Group of Companies is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / Specialist to support HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

📍 Location: Near Bahria Town, Lahore🎓 Education: BBA / MBA (HR)

🧑‍💼 Experience: 2–5 years

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and coordination
• Experience in managing recruitment in the Oil & Gas sector (shall be considered)
• Can maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies

🔹Requirements:
• Degree in HR or a related field from a reputable university
• Strong knowledge of Pakistan labour laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, adaptable, and multitasking ability
