Position: HR Officer – Generalist

Location: Karachi – Clifton (Executive Tower)

Job Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Officer – Generalist to support the HR Head in managing all aspects of Human Resources functions. This role covers the complete employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit processes.

The position will also handle HR operations such as attendance management, employee records, compliance, and assist in day-to-day HR projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.


Education:

  • BBA / MBA / MPA – Human Resource Management


Experience:

  • 4–5 years of experience in Recruitment & HR Operations


Required Skill Set:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong coordination and negotiation abilities

  • Proactive, self-driven, and a good team player

  • Excellent MS Office skills (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint)

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
