ยท Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
ยทย HR-related certifications will be considered an added advantage.
Experience
ยทย 3โ€“5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in a corporate or technology-driven organization.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
ยทย Strong written and verbal communication skills.

ยทย Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

ยท Collaborate with the HR team and departmental leads to support recruitment and workforce planning objectives.
ยทย Maintain and update a talent pool to meet ongoing and future hiring needs.
ยท Assist in the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and post-joining follow-ups.
ยทย Support the implementation of HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, culture development, and employer branding activities.
ยทย Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee data management, benefits administration, and HR service delivery.
