We Are Hiring: HR Officer – Head Office

Company: Haseen Habib Trading (Pvt.) Limited | 
Location:Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Human Resources
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Technical Skills:

• Working knowledge of Odoo HR modules (Recruitment, Employee Management, Attendance, Payroll, Leaves, etc.)

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records

HR Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, employee records, leave management, performance management

• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR documentation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations
