Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Islamabad

Key Responsibilities

Manage employee onboarding process, including joining formalities and complete documentation.

Maintain and update employee records and HR files accurately.

Handle employee grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution as per company policies.

Coordinate and manage staff uniforms, including issuance, record keeping, and stock control.

Oversee the complete recruitment process, including CV screening, interview coordination, hiring documentation, and onboarding of new hires.

Provide HR support to employees and management as required.

Perform any other HR-related tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.

Good understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
