Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and executing employee engagement programs.

Support learning & development and OD-related initiatives.

Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.

Maintain HR records and assist in day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field from a reputable university.

1-2 years of HR experience (multinational or leading manufacturing companies).

Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
