The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting the HR department in managing employee profiling, maintaining accurate records, and handling professional email correspondence and Attendance management. The role ensures smooth HR operations and compliance with organizational policies in zameen
Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Profiling:
Collect, maintain, and update employee information in HR systems.
Assist in preparing employee profiles for internal use, audits, and reporting.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee data.
2. Attendance Management:
Maintain and update employee attendance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Organize HR records for easy retrieval and secure storage.
Assist with HR audits and prepare reports as required.
3. Email Writing & Communication:
Draft and send professional HR-related communications to employees and stakeholders.
Handle employee queries through email in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in preparing HR circulars, memos, and announcements.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong communication and professional email writing skills.
Knowledge of HRIS/HRMS and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
