Pizza Hut – Compensation & Payroll Executive

Reports To: HR Manager / Head of HR

Role Overview:

The Compensation & Payroll Executive ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for Pizza Hut Pakistan employees. This role also supports compensation administration, benefits coordination, payroll reporting, and adherence to statutory and company policies across both restaurant operations and corporate offices.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Processing:

  • Process monthly payroll for head office and branch employees.

  • Review and validate payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, leaves, deductions).

  • Coordinate with Operations and HR teams for accurate payroll data.

  • Manage final payroll verification and submission.

  • Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies from employees.

2. Compensation & Benefits Administration:

  • Maintain employee salary structures, increments, and adjustments.

  • Process bonuses, incentives, overtime, and allowances as per policy.

  • Coordinate benefits administration (EOBI, social security, insurance, etc.).

3. Reporting & Data Management:

  • Prepare monthly payroll summaries and variance reports.

  • Maintain payroll trackers and employee compensation databases.

  • Support HR analytics and headcount cost reporting.

4. Compliance & Statutory Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, minimum wage, and company policies.

  • Manage statutory deductions (EOBI, tax, social security) and prepare reports.

  • Maintain accurate payroll and compensation records.

5. Future-Focused Responsibilities:

  • Assist in automating payroll processes and HR system integration.

  • Contribute to policy improvements for compensation and benefits.

  • Participate in payroll audits and process improvements.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

  • 2–4 years of experience in payroll and compensation management.

  • Experience in QSR, retail, or multi-location organizations is preferred.
