Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment
β’ Handle onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records
β’ Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and handbook
β’ Oversee performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement
β’ Ensure policy compliance and act as a bridge between management and employees
