Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including payroll, attendance, and compliance

• Lead recruitment & onboarding for managerial and key positions

• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures

• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters

• Support leadership in HR strategy, culture building, and workforce planning

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration

• 5–7 years of relevant HR experience (FMCG experience preferred)

• Strong command over payroll, recruitment, HR policies & labor laws

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
