JAF Perfumes is scaling and weβre looking for an HR Manager who can hunt talent, build culture, and enforce performance – with clarity and intent.
The Mandate:
– Own end-to-end HR for a fast-scaling, international luxury brand
– Act as the primary headhunter and talent acquisition lead across; corporate, creative, commercial, and leadership roles
– Design and implement a company-wide KPI-based performance management system
– Translate business objectives into measurable people KPIs
– Build cadence around goal-setting, reviews, and accountability
– Define, embed, and scale company culture
– Partner directly with leadership on workforce planning and performance
– Ensure compliance with local labor laws while supporting global operations
The Profile
Weβre looking for someone who:
– Has personally hired and scaled teams (not outsourced it)
– Is comfortable headhunting and closing senior talent
– Has built performance-led HR systems
– Understands that culture without accountability doesnβt scale
– Balances empathy with high standards
– Operates with ownership, discretion, and urgency
