Brainium Technologies is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and core HR operations.

📍 Location: Lahore (Onsite)
🕒 Experience: 2+ years of relevant HR experience required

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, especially for technical roles
• Source, screen, and manage candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, and attendance
• Drive employee engagement and employer branding initiatives
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
