🔹 Position: HR Generalist
📍 Location: SP Mart, Karachi, Pakistan

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & optimize staffing for peak hours and customer footfall

• Manage store HR operations: attendance, performance, and compliance

• Hire top retail talent including cashiers, merchandisers, and operations staff

• Drive productivity through KPIs and performance improvement plans

• Enforce company policies and SOPs with discipline

• Resolve employee issues and maintain a healthy work culture

• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development activities

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience (Retail or FMCG preferred)
