👩‍💼 About the Role

MedTrust is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist with 1–2 years of hands-on HR experience to manage day-to-day HR operations and support a growing organization.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & candidate coordination
• Employee onboarding & offboarding
• Attendance & leave management
• Employee records & HR documentation
• HRIS updates & maintenance
• Employee coordination & HR-related queries
• Payroll & other HR operations support
• General HR/Admin support

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong understanding of core HR processes
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized & detail-oriented
• Ability to handle HR matters independently
