The Hexaa is hiring an HR Generalist – Remote Role

Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding)
▪️ Oversee attendance and leave management
▪️ Handle salary preparation and payroll coordination
▪️ Support HR operations, employee relations, and policy implementation
▪️ Maintain accurate employee records and ensure smooth HR administration

Requirements:
▪️ 2–3 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
▪️ Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and payroll processes
▪️ Excellent communication and organizational skills
▪️ Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setup
