HR Generalist

We’re hiring an HR Generalist . This is a great opportunity for someone who’s ready to take full ownership of the HR function in a fast-growing real estate company.

Location: United Arab Emirates
You’ll be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to day-to-day operations and compliance. You’ll work closely with management to support team growth, employee engagement, and culture-building efforts.

We’re looking for someone with:

2+ years of HR experience (real estate experience is an advantage)

Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)

Solid knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices

A proactive, organized, and independent working style

A positive, people-first mindset
