HR Executive at Noetic Technologies

Position:  HR Executive

Location: Rawalpindi

Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience

Salary: 70k-150k

Candidates must be based in  Islamabad/Rawalpindi

Key Focus Areas:

Assist in recruitment and selection (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination)

Support onboarding and orientation of new employees

Help in employee engagement activities and events

Maintain HR records, databases, and documentation

Assist in attendance and leave management

Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment needs

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
