Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HRM, Business, or equivalent
• 1–3 years experience in HR (BPO experience preferred)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and HR processes
• Strong MS Excel skills for data tracking and reporting
• Excellent Urdu/English communication (verbal & written)
• Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure
