Requirements:
β€’ Bachelor’s/Master’s in HRM, Business, or equivalent
β€’ 1–3 years experience in HR (BPO experience preferred)
β€’ Manage end-to-end recruitment and HR processes
β€’ Strong MS Excel skills for data tracking and reporting
β€’ Excellent Urdu/English communication (verbal & written)
β€’ Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure
