Position: HR Executive

📍 Location: Lahore
💰 Salary: PKR 40,000 – 45,000 (Depending on Profile & Experience)

Requirements:

✅ Fluent English Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
✅ Previous Hiring/Recruitment Experience
✅ Experience recruiting for UK-based Call Center campaigns will be preferred
✅ Strong interviewing and candidate screening skills
✅ Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment processes
✅ Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment platforms

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for various positions
• Conduct interviews and initial assessments
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding staffing needs
• Manage recruitment databases and candidate records
• Schedule interviews and follow up with applicants
• Assist in onboarding and HR-related activities
