What You’ll Do:
✅ Act as a strategic partner to business leaders
✅ Drive end-to-end HR initiatives (talent management, performance, engagement, retention)
✅ Collaborate on workforce planning and development
✅ Align HR policies with business needs
✅ Foster a positive & high-performing culture

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 3–4 years of HR experience (preferably as HRBP/Generalist)
🔹 Strong communication & problem-solving skills
🔹 Ability to work under pressure & partner with senior stakeholders
🔹 Passion for people and business growth
