The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment efforts, new hire orientation, and onboarding, employee documentation, payroll and benefits, and company policy and procedure adherence.

โ™ฆ๏ธActive participation in full-cycle recruitment for all positions. Hands on expertise in sourcing quality candidates.
โ™ฆ๏ธAssist with payroll and benefits administration.
โ™ฆ๏ธEnsures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.
โ™ฆ๏ธAble to analyze data and present reports whenever required.
โ™ฆ๏ธThis role revolves around 40% recruitment and 60% operational tasks.

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
6 months to 1 year of experience working in Human Resources.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
