Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in a related field
Experience: 2 – 3 years
Responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end EOBI and Social Security processes including employee registration, monthly contributions, record keeping, and compliance with relevant labor laws.
2. Manage payroll-related tasks such as data collection, processing monthly salaries, ensuring accurate deductions (EOBI, Social Security, taxes), and resolving payroll queries.
3. Maintain and monitor employee attendance records through manual or digital systems, ensuring accuracy for payroll and compliance.
4. Support day-to-day administrative operations including office maintenance, supplies procurement, and general employee support services.
5. Assist in implementing and maintaining HR operational processes such as employee documentation, record management, and HRIS updates.
6. Ensure timely execution of HR and admin-related activities and provide support during audits, inspections, or external compliance checks.
